Manufacture and installation of containers in a limited space

Another challenge for our engineers and installers was the task of the Customer to manufacture a container for storage of permiate 28.5 ^m3 for the needs of the enterprise. The difficulty was the lack of additional space and the capacity had to be installed in the existing water treatment room where the working water treatment equipment and limited space around were installed. Therefore, an engineering decision was made to manufacture tanks directly on the Customer’s site.

Containers are made of high-quality sheet polypropylene “Simona” made in Germany. For structural reliability, the bottom and lid of the tanks are reinforced with stiffeners. For integral operation of the water treatment system, the tanks are equipped with fittings for supply and drainage of permeate.
