Start-up robotic water treatment systems for the needs of a plant for the preparation of fatty acids

In order to provide the plant with prepared water for the production of fatty acids, the engineers of our company in the implementation of water treatment have used the following technologies:
– for frontal cleaning – mechanical filtration with mineral entanglements of a special type with a highly expanded filtration area;
– for salting – reversible osmosis, which can be adaptable for two types of inlet water, which is in the business;
– to help soften the water – ion exchange on a strong acid cation in sodium form.
Having added to these technological devices a variety of reagent processing and the possibility of a proportional change of different types of prepared water, our engineers were able to satisfy all Zamovnik’s life within the limits of the introduced budget.
