Water treatment for industrial enterprises in Ukraine
Water treatment for industrial enterprises in Ukraine should be used in cases where a manufacturing enterprise needs to solve one of two problems or both at once: process efficiency and product quality.
The development of technological processes at the present time is inextricably linked with the efficient use of all enterprise resources. This factor is directly related to the cost of production. Therefore, in world practice, the format of a contract for the execution of a water treatment system for industry is no longer uncommon, where the cost of the obtained purified water is one of the key indicators guaranteed by the Contractor, along with qualitative and quantitative parameters.
Thus, the efficiency of resource use (in this case, we are talking about such a resource as water or water supply, water supply) is a mandatory factor in the organization of a modern production process.
For example, in the energy sector, water is used to produce steam. Depending on the type of boiler, its working pressure, etc. the quality of the water prepared and supplied to the boiler (make-up water) directly affects the quality of the water in the boiler after evaporation (boiler water) and the number of blowdowns, which, in turn, determines the likelihood of mineral salt deposits on the inner walls of the boiler pipes, and, as a result , excessive consumption of gas. The use of turbine equipment in the energy scheme raises the requirement for the purity of make-up water by another two orders of magnitude, which is due to the possibility of additional deposits on the blades of the turbines themselves in the process of generating electricity. In this case, effective water treatment, in particular for the boiler and turbines, makes it possible to eliminate (ideally) or minimize the overconsumption of natural gas to obtain the required energy resource.
Efficient water treatment in industry
The quality of products and their stability have also become a constant companion of the modern production process, due to high competition in the market for goods and services. Therefore, water treatment for industry in Kyiv, Dnipro, Odessa, Zaporozhye, Lvov, Kharkov and other cities of Ukraine, where water is an integral part of the technological process, is the subject of constant improvement and innovation.
A clear example is the alcoholic beverages or table water and non-alcoholic beverages industry. Each of the directions has not only industry standards for purified water for food preparation, but also its own (often more stringent) regulatory documents developed by technological personnel to ensure not only the taste of the product, but also responsible for the appearance (for example, opalescence or sediment during storage ), internal content (for example, microbiological purity during storage), etc. Thus, efficiency is directly related to the volume of sales of products and the stability of these volumes.
Features of the implementation of water purification systems in various industries are often associated with the formulation of professional water treatment for industry in Ukraine. This expression can mean its effectiveness for each of the consumers, which is impossible without understanding the integrated water balance of the entire enterprise. This is due to a wide range of water use within one enterprise: for a boiler, for a circulating water supply system, for domestic needs, etc. In the case of new construction, this task is solved by a professional Contractor in the scope of mandatory design in accordance with the current regulatory standards of Ukraine. Otherwise, before setting tasks for the effective water treatment of the enterprise, a professional Contractor may perform an audit of the entire water sector. Water treatment for industrial enterprises in Ukraine: Dnipro, Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Lvov, Odessa and other cities will be carried out qualitatively by Utech 418.
An example can be systems of conditionally clean circulating water supply, which are used in metallurgy to cool the billet. Often, the quality of hot rolled products depends on the speed and uniformity of the cooling of the product. For this, special nozzles with a gap of up to 1 micron are used. The presence of an excess content of mineral salts in the circulating water leads to clogging of the nozzles and, as a result, overheating of the workpiece with loss of quality. In addition, during the cooling of the billet, part of the water evaporates in the form of steam (process losses). Another part of the water is diverted to the cooling towers during cooling (drip entrainment). Thus, effective water treatment should ensure not only replenishment of the circulating system with purified water (compensation of losses), but also prevent the growth of salts in the circulating water (due to evaporation) by blowing or make-up water with low salinity, and also exclude impurities in the circulating water, formed during the cooling of the workpiece (dross).
Summing up, we can say that effective water treatment for industrial enterprises is an integral part of modern technological production and does not primarily depend on regional links, but is determined by the experience and professional decisions of a potential Contractor, based on knowledge of the characteristics of treated water consumers and understanding of the complex water balance of the enterprise.
